The Inversion Table by Bean Products can be used for a variety of sit-ups, abdominal curls, twisting and stretching. It's an easy, fun way to improve muscular tone and flexibility. It also strengthens ligaments and increases their flexibility. The comfortable ankle bars hold you securely and provide toning for the legs while inverted. The non-slip hand grips provide an added dimension for arm and chest exercises, using the pull of gravity on the user's own body weight to train arm and chest muscles. The sturdy construction and padded table support the bulk of the weight throughout.

The Whale Therapeutic Back Bench is a multi use tool designed to stretch and elongate the spine while rejuvenating and energizing the entire body! By positioning oneself in a gentle backbend the spine is stretched in a way opposite to that required by normal everyday activities thus reversing this tendency toward forward rounding.
